Building Confidence, Critical Thinking, and Effective Communication
Our Speech & Debate program empowers students to develop their voice, critical thinking, and persuasive skills. Through structured exercises, debates, and public speaking practice, students learn how to organize ideas, construct arguments, and present them confidently. The program emphasizes Social Emotional Learning (SEL) by fostering self-confidence, resilience, empathy, and effective communication. Students also build teamwork and leadership skills as they collaborate and provide constructive feedback to peers. The program culminates in a showcase where students present speeches or participate in debates, celebrating their growth in both skill and personal expression.
