Enhancing Flexibility, Strength, and Body Awareness
Our Stretching program helps students improve flexibility, posture, and body awareness while supporting overall wellness. Through fun routines, guided stretches, and mindful movement, children learn how to care for their bodies, release tension, and prevent injuries. Each session encourages students to listen to their bodies and move safely, building habits that support long-term health. The program also promotes Social Emotional Learning (SEL) by fostering self-regulation, focus, and confidence through mindful physical activity.
