Tennis
Back
This onsite program will focus on learning the basics of Tennis.
Our Tennis program introduces students to the fundamentals of one of the most popular racquet sports in the world. Using age-appropriate racquets and balls, students learn forehand, backhand, serves, and volleys while developing hand-eye coordination, agility, and stamina. Through fun drills and rally games, students build confidence, patience, and focus. Tennis encourages perseverance and self-discipline while promoting teamwork through doubles play. With a blend of physical activity and SEL (Social Emotional Learning), students practice resilience, sportsmanship, and communication. The program culminates in a showcase tournament where players demonstrate their skills and teamwork.
